 DDQ Client is a web-based ordering screen that connects to a planning system in real time to quote delivery dates. Orders can be fulfilled from existing stock, products that are in shipment from a plant and make to order based on available capacity. Order enquiries use a simple screen to request product code and quantity. Results are shown with delivery dates and the sourcing route from plant to customer. DDQ client can be adapted to link to many inventory and planning systems to provide a fast way to add customer ordering to an existing website or intranet.
